This looks like it shouldn’t hurt too bad, but just you try holding that position for more than a few minutes. your shoulders will be aching, your hands will go numb. The insides of your thighs will start to burn, and your nuts will be aching and sore. you’ll try to go on tiptoe to give your balls some slack, but then your flexed calves will start to ache and your knees will tremble, and you’ll have to put your feet flat again. And that will stretch your nuts and your shoulders even more. That’s when you’ll really start to whimper, and make your Master really hard.
